Lucas grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and is currently a junior pursuing a major in Chemistry (with a focus in Biochemistry) and a minor in Astrophysics.  He is a member of the Alpha Chi Sigma Chemistry fraternity and is interested in carrying out Chemistry research with a biomedical relevance.
